Lesina is also known as the town door to the Gargano. The large lake, which bears the same name of the town, is separated from the beautiful Adriatic Sea from a characteristic strip of land. Here rises a lovely "Island Forest": natural habitat of plants and rare species of animals. Guided tours, jeep safari, lagoon rides in pedal boat or catamaran, birdwatching and fishing tourism are just some of the activities that you can do.
